APPLICATION FOR THE WINTER TERM 2023/24
In order to make it easier for you to apply, applications for the winter term 2023/24 will be submitted via an application coach from our side.

| Application an admission | The course starts in summer semester and winter semester and the application has to be send until January 15th for summer and July 15th for winter. Please note that our Master's program in Applied Photonics can only be studied on-site. Students are required to attend lectures in person. Therefore, it is mandatory for you to be in Aalen and participate in lectures no later than two weeks after the start of the semester. Since it is not possible to make up for the material and the integrated practical experiments, we only accept students who are present on-site in Aalen and attend the lectures in person within the specified timeframe. The lectures for the summer semester 2025 will begin on March 18, 2025. This means you must be in Aalen no later than April 1, 2025. For the winter semester 2025/26, lectures will begin on October 7, 2025, and you must be in Aalen no later than October 21, 2025. Please take this into consideration when applying and ensure that you account for the time needed to secure an appointment at the embassy and at least additional four weeks to obtain your visa. |
