Application Procedure - Exchange Students

If you wish to study at Aalen University, please contact your home institution’s study abroad coordinator for detailed instructions. Once you are nominated from your university, you will get a link to apply through our application portal.

Requirements

You will need to prepare the following documents for your application:

  • Learning Agreement with your course choice to allow you to transfer your credits (European Credit Transfer System)
  • Proofs of Lnaguage proficiency 
  • Please be aware that if you are a non-European citizen, you need to apply for a visa
