Welcome to the Master programme Healthcare Management
Demographic changes, new technologies and regularly changing legal frameworks will have far-reaching consequences for the healthcare business. This programme focuses on skills and abilities for future executives in healthcare. In particular, you will acquire skills in leadership and human resources, and organisation as well as gain knowledge about public healthcare, healthcare systems and contract management.
- Our teaching content is practice-oriented and can therefore easily be applied in work life.
- While studying you still have time to work in your job and integrate practical experience you’re your studies.
This is thanks to the study schedule:
- You spend Thursdays and Fridays in Aalen attending lectures, seminars and exercises.
- There are no scheduled lectures on any other days. You may spend this time on your job, internship or self-learning programme.
Don’t worry: It is not necessary for you to have worked in healthcare before starting the programme and if you already have a job, you should not have to leave it in order to study.
The programme starts each winter semester on 1 October. You then will acquire your Master’s degree after two years of studying.
Our master program Health Management will be held in German. An admission requirement of our Master in Health Management is a Certificate for the German language C1 level (for example TestDAf TDN 4 or Goethe-Zertifikat C1-Niveau). Unfortunately, we do not offer preparatory courses in German.
