This assessment center training is a specialized workshop designed to prepare students for success in assessment center scenarios commonly used in personnel selection processes. This comprehensive program equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to excel in interviews, group exercises, and other assessment center components. We will introduce the purpose and structure of assessment center in personnel selection and you will have the chance to experience various assessment center methods such as presentation, group discussion and roleplay. After the training, you will get a personalized feedback regarding your individual performance. The training will be held by a team of business psychology students. The training is held in English.
