About us

The WISO project consists of two project partners. Learn more about the WiRO and the TIE consortium.

WiRO

The WiRO is the Regional Economic Development Coporation for the region of Ostwürttemberg, which is active in southern Germany between Stuttgart, Ulm and Nuremberg and is known as the "area for talents and patents". Together with a large number of partners and networks, it actively promotes the economy by offering numerous offers and services, for companies, specialists, founders and successors. In addition, it provides information about East Württemberg as a region with a strong economy, rich in knowledge and a good place to live.  https://www.ostwuerttemberg.de/

TIE

The TIE Consortium is the association of the International Academic Offices (AAAs) of the four state universities in East Württemberg, i.e. the Aalen University, Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Heidenheim, University of Design Schwäbisch Gmünd and University of Education Schwäbisch Gmünd.

The AAAs of the four universities have been cooperating for several years within the framework of various educational projects and are pooling their resources to implement measures for foreign students to integrate into the universities, society and the world of work.

A close cooperation partner of the AAAs is also the Language Centre of Aalen University, which, like the AAA of the Aalen University, is part of the International Centre there. Find out more about past and current projects on the consortium's website. www.tie-talents.de
